Today, Margaret is a speaker, author, and educator with over 30 years of experience at the highest echelons of business and higher education. Margaret has taught on four continents and held multiple key leadership roles at Harvard and MIT. She is also the founder of The MYLO Center, a leadership education and professional development firm. 

In all of her work, Margaret combines the best of business and academia to help executives and high-achieving professionals transform their leadership practice—and by extension, their world.
